Results-oriented and efficient?

What counts for our customers are the concrete results. And that is what is important to us, too. Our approach is therefore determined by a high level of individual responsibility, personal freedoms and trust. Flexible time management, conceptual work at home or meetings outside the office, for example in the English Garden, are a matter of course with us.

 

We have always done it this way – that is not your credo?

It is also not ours. At Media Solutions we expect that everyone brings in their ideas and actively and creatively helps to shape our success. In practice, this means for example that we continuously develop our processes and start initiatives to build up knowledge regarding current topics. By the way, these initiatives are often driven from within the team. We foster but also demand individual responsibility and we mostly renounce any set of rules.

 

Only a small cog in the big wheel?

Other than at many big corporations, your field of activity at Media Solutions will be quite varied. “Thinking out of the box” is something we explicitly ask for. From our point of view, this is an indispensable prerequisite to be able to identify oneself with the company and the project and to clearly recognize one’s own contribution to the overall success.

 

Head down and charge and then get home as quickly as possible?

No. A motivating, partner-like team atmosphere and a creativity-enhancing environment are very important to us. Need some examples? Also after the official office hours we like to meet at the pool, play table soccer or organize team events like a visit to a high rope course, a quad-tour or a diving session. So far, our biggest event was the company’s 15th anniversary which we celebrated with about 200 guests and countless glowing eyes when we jointly cut Christmas trees.  Are you curious now?
